Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor located in Southern California.

 

I’m truly passionate about my work with clients, as well as the mentorship I provide to the associates in my private practice. I created this website and its content to support and guide therapists who have been wanting to step into the role of a clinical supervisor but feel uncertain about how to make it happen.

 

 I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be — the process of setting up your practice, hiring associates, and ensuring that both you and your associates can build a successful, financially sustainable practice. It was a journey I once felt nervous and unsure about. So, now I want to share what I’ve learned along the way.
